Percy Dickson is a dedicated real estate professional with a distinguished background in education, having served for over 40 years as a teacher and school principal. He retired from education with a reputation built on integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, compassion, and strong communication skills—qualities that continue to define his professional approach today.
In 2023, Percy transitioned into the real estate industry, joining RE/MAX Finally Home, and in 2024 he moved to The Properteam Property Group. This career shift fulfilled a long-standing goal of entering the private sector, where he could apply his proven work ethic, discipline, and commitment to service in a new and impactful way.
Percy believes that real estate goes beyond the buying, selling, or letting of property. He views it as a responsibility to educate and guide clients, empowering them to make informed property decisions. His people-first mindset and community-focused approach allow him to serve clients with professionalism and care.
He holds a BA with HDE, equipping him with a strong ethical and practical foundation to act in the best interests of all parties. His FFC certificate is current, and under the guidance of his Agency Principal, he is proficient in CMVA, mandate signings, Offers to Purchase (OTP), and lease agreement administration.
Percy specialises in residential and sectional title properties, while also being available to assist with vacant land when required. With a proven record of community service and a client-orientated approach, he is committed to respecting both sellers and buyers, ensuring professional, transparent, and respectful property transactions.
